We've lived on the Atlantic Seaboard and know the area well - the neighbourhoods, the beaches, and what guests are looking for when they visit. That local knowledge is your competitive advantage.

Our direct booking channel.

Most short-term rental management companies stop at the booking platforms. We don't. Our goal with the direct booking channel is to increase your occupancy significantly, and over time build towards around 60% of your occupancy coming from direct bookings - where guests find you, fall in love with your home, and book directly with us. The rest is filled by platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, so your calendar is always working.

Once we begin managing your property, we build your reviews, your occupancy, and your reputation. A concierge-level experience means guests don't just leave five-star reviews - they come back, and they refer others. We're also growing a direct audience through Instagram, email and SEO, and already have a list of overseas guests who reach out to us every season looking for places to stay on the Atlantic Seaboard - so when your property joins the Veida platform, the guests are already there waiting.

The Veida platform hosts a maximum of twenty properties. There's no competition between listings - each home is presented on its own character, matched to the right guest rather than competing on price.
